Susan Hackbarth is the President and Founder of Lane Search Group and spent the last 6 years as Vice President, Executive Recruiting with Cornerstone Partners, Inc. Susan has been helping companies for over 20 years to utilize, manage and improve their IT investment.

Commencing her career with IBM as a Systems Engineer, she helped customers in strategic and long-range planning, budgeting, hardware/software evaluation, selection, implementation and training.

She then joined Price Waterhouse as a Consulting Manager followed by Hausser & Taylor as a Senior Manager. Susan has managed projects relating to data security, needs analysis, effectiveness reviews, feasibility studies and data processing audits for Fortune 500 companies in health care, retail, insurance, financial and manufacturing industries. She also served as a Director for the Computer Department of a Junior College. Susan has a BS degree in Computer & Information Science from The Ohio State University.
